About
I’ve been doing Triathlon for the past 6 years and have entered both pool based and open water sprints. I joined the club in 2016 to spend time with like minded people and receive some great swim coaching. Everyone was really friendly. I like the bike discipline best and have done a number of fun team events with other members of the club.

About

A keen cyclist and runner and last year learnt to swim in order to have a go at a tri-athlon and ticked that box on IOW.

I've completed a number of longer cycling events - London Revolution, Ride London, Cape Town Classic, Mallorca 312 and several multi day rides.  Also previously dabbled in the mountains - Ventoux, Mortorola, Col d'Izoard, Gavia, Stelvio and Grossglockner which I loved although I think my serious climbing days are now behind me.

More recently I've also had great fun participating in a number of vintage cycle events and have a much loved Gittane bike complete with wicker basket !

My runing is mostly for fun these days with half marthon my current goal distance.

Relatively new to the club but love the small friendly nature and look forward to giving something back.
